Permitting

Construction Budgeting & Procurement
Once permits are in process or approved, we refine construction costs and coordinate procurement. This includes collecting and reviewing subcontractor estimates, and organizing vendor selections to maintain alignment between scope, design intent, and cost.
Construction Administration
We provide ongoing technical and design support during construction. Our team works closely with the contractor, consultants, and trades to resolve details, review submittals, and ensure that the project is executed as intended.
Construction Site Supervision
