This interior renovation unified the kitchen and living room of the Mei Condominium into a cohesive, functional space. Drawing from the building’s architecture, Ioana incorporated Asian-inspired details through custom wood millwork and cabinetry that complement the building’s character while supporting modern living.
While at JLB & Associates, Ioana led the design and fabrication of the project’s custom millwork, from early concept through shop drawings and installation, ensuring precision and consistency throughout.
The remodel focused on high-quality materials, clear proportions, and a seamless connection between spaces, resulting in an interior that balances cultural reference with modern comfort and understated elegance.
