This custom conference room credenza, designed and built by Kenji Hasegawa, combines functional clarity with a refined material expression. Constructed in natural figured maple with blackened steel slatted panels, the piece introduces rhythm and texture to the space. Its horizontal composition is framed by a recessed alcove painted in a deep gray tone, emphasizing the warmth of the wood and the precision of its geometry. The three central drawers provide organized storage, while the sliding doors maintain a sense of openness and balance.
